I got a bsod when i went into normal mode. The crash dump suggested NTKRAMP.sys (usually, it was klif.sys fron Kaspersky. I can post the minidump if you want. Also, got some entry about Missing entry: RunDLLEntry (DLCDtime.dll).

Here is my hjt log now.

Remove Avast and thay may fix the Kaspersky problem.

DLCDtime.dll error seems to be coming from your Lexmark printer. Perhaps removing and reinstalling that device will eliminate the error.

I can not find Avast in my Remove programs list, although I see in the System32 folder Avast!Antivirus.exe.

Click Start - Run - and type in:

services.msc

Click OK.

In the services window find each of these, one at a time:

avast!Antivirus

Right click and choose "Properties". On the "General" tab under "Service Status" click the "Stop" button to stop the service. Beside "Startup Type" in the dropdown menu select "Disabled". Click Apply then OK.
Exit the Services utility.

OK. Stopped the DCLDtime.dll error message. Stopped and disabled Avast!antivirus under services.msc. Still getting BSOD in normal mode with klif.sys causing the dump, but now also getting TrojanDownloader. Avast!.exe Win 32.Agent.cfuy message from kaspersky on startup in nomal mode just before BSOD. A question: if I disable a program's service, can I still expect a conflict with that program? Here is my last hjt log from Safe mode. Thanks for your help.

Download OTS.exe to your Desktop and double-click on it to extract the files. It will create a folder named OTS on your desktop.
  1. Close any open browsers.
  2. If your Real protection or Antivirus intervenes with OTS, allow it to run.
  3. Open the OTS folder and double-click on OTS.exe to start the program.
  4. In Additional Scans section put a check in Disabled MS Config Items and EventViewer logs
  5. Now click the Run Scan button on the toolbar.
  6. The program will be scanning huge amounts of data so depending on your system it could take a long time to complete. Let it run unhindered until it finishes.
  7. When the scan is complete Notepad will open with the report file loaded in it.
  8. Save that notepad file
Use the Reply button, scroll down to the attachments section and attach the notepad file here.

I had to run the OTS scan in Safemode, as I got a BSOD comflicting with Kaspersky (klif.sys). Here is the attachment.

I see you have run SmitfraudFix, SDFix, drweb-cureit, Malwarebytes, housecall.

I think your BSOD is being caused by Kaspersky. I found many of the same complaints just surfing your problem.

Why don't you remove Kaspersky and go with another AV program just to see?

Start OTS. Copy/Paste the information in the Code box below into the pane where it says Paste fix here and then click the Run Fix button.

I previously had to uninstall Avast, Avira, Panda, and one other due to BSOD with MBAM and SAS.... The good news is I can boot now into normal mode. However, on startup Kaspersky says Object:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\avast!Antivirus.exe, Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.cfuy. They want to disinfect and reboot (I have already done this many times). Also I previously disabled Avast was under Service.msc, but now it is up and running again. Btw, I can not disable it (Error 1053- Could not stopAvast!antivirus...)

Here is the hjt log if it helps:

Start OTS. Copy/Paste the information in the Code box below into the pane where it says Paste fix here and then click the Run Fix button.

Code:
[Win32 Services - Safe List]
YY -> (avast!Antivirus) avast!Antivirus [Win32_Own | Auto | Stopped] -> C:\WINDOWS\System32\avast!Antivirus.exe

The fix should only take a very short time. When the fix is completed a message box will popup telling you that it is finished. Click the Ok button and Notepad will open with a log of actions taken during the fix.
Post that information back here.

Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 to your Desktop.
  • Click on Avenger.zip to open the file
  • Extract avenger.exe to your desktop

Copy all the text contained in the code box below to your Clipboard by highlighting it and pressing (Ctrl+C):

Code:
Drivers to delete:
avast!Antivirus
Files to delete:
c:\windows\system32\avast!antivirus.exe
Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.

Now, start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon on your desktop.
  • Click in the window labeled Input Script Here and paste the text copied to the clipboard into it by pressing (Ctrl+V).
  • Click the Execute button
  • Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

The Avenger will automatically do the following:
  • It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
  • On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  • After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  • The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

Thanks. Things are much, much better now. Was that Avast! a virus or just something left-over from the uninstalled program? I also uninstalled Kaspersky, but kept Outpost. Should I just use remote antiviral scanners like Housecall from know on, since the others always seem to crash the system?

It was malware.

You should remove all of the tools I requested you to download and/or folders associated with them now. It is pointless to keep these tools around as they are updated so frequently that the tools can be outdated within a few days, sometimes within just hours.
  • Start OTS
  • Click the CleanUp button
    • OTS will download a small file from the Internet. If a security program or firewall warns you of this allow it to download.
    • OTS will delete any tools downloaded and files/folders created and then ask you to reboot so it can remove itself.
  • Click Yes.

It's a good idea to Flush your System Restore after removing malware and create a new restore point.
Turn off system restore, restart the machine and then turn it back on: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405
Now you should Clean up your PC

You're welcome!

Still with problem
I am getting BSOD when running Super antispyware (have not tried MBAM), with SASKUTIL.sys causing the dump. Something is still preventing me from loading/running malware and antiviral scans in regular mode. Here is my latest hjt log:
