My browsers don't work properly for a while, to an extent that now I uninstalled both Internet Explorer and Firefox. When I try to use a server at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez it doesn't work for me, and the underlying 'source' page gets filled up with garbage (with an extra 100kB). I can use it only in Chrome, my only working browser currently, but very slow. I tried MalwareBytes and a lot of stuff, nothing really helped. I learned about HighJackThis only today. Below is the log file.

I'd be grateful if somebody could help me!

ps. I installed the avast Virus buster and there are no viruses on my computer, I think. Today I found something very suspicious in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\avg8ls\Log directory. There are a lot of log files there, constantly active, with a bunch of garbage like this:
