I'm running windows vista x64 and when I run any internet browser (tested flock, firefox, ie7, chrome and opera) websites will rarely load and if they do they are slow and stop responding after a while. I've cleared my registry, run chkdsk, HDD defrag, spybot s&d and avg scans, restored system settings to before the problem happened and none of it has solved the problem.
Also there are now two networks in network and sharing centre where there used to be one. They are named Network and Network 3 and they both state that they have full local and internet connectivity and windows diagnostic can't find any problems.
