Restart your computer.

Go into the C:\Documents And Settings\Ean\Local Settings\Temp folder.

Attempt to delete EVERYTHING from inside that Temp folder.

If a few files still resist getting deleted, delete everything else.

(It's all junk and is a good place for a "nasty" to hide).

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Restart your computer again.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Go here and click the green icon to download HijackThis 2.0.2.

Close all open windows and then install it in its default location.

Run a scan with it - which will take 30 seconds or less.

Save the resulting log in Notepad.

Return here and then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE log here.

You have multiple issues showing in your log and I've asked the Admins to move it to the more appropriate Forum where you'll get good advice as to how to proceed.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop
from HERE or HERE

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:

Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Press Update to make sure the latest database is loaded.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
Please include this log in your next reply.

It might ask you to reboot to finish cleaning. Please do so. ( Press YES on the alert)
If you receive an (Error Loading xxxxxxxxxx .dll) error on reboot please reboot a second time . It is normal for this error to occur once and does not need to be reported unless it continues on every boot

Lockeyp:

Your computer appears to be infected and has a massive number of toolbars.

It's pretty obvious that you've been making use of torrent sites.

DVK01 is a yellow shield malware expert and will be assisting you.

You need to uninstall Logitech Desktop Messenger and then go into the C:\Program Files\Logitech folder and delete the entire Desktop Messenger folder - if it's still there after the uninstall.

Delete any existing version of ComboFix you have sitting on your desktop
Please read and follow all these instructions very carefully

Download ComboFix from Here to your Desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop and run from the desktop and not any other folder on your computer**
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus and anti-malware real-time protection and any script blocking components of them or your firewall before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results" or stop combofix running at all
  • Click on THIS LINK to see instructions on how to temporarily disable many security programs while running combofix. The list does not cover every program. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
  • Remember to re enable the protection again after combofix has finished
--------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Close any open browsers and any other programs you might have running
Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
If you are using windows XP It might display a pop up saying that "Recovery console is not installed, do you want to install?"
Please select yes & let it download the files it needs to do this
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review

****Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall or freeze ****

Note: ComboFix may reset a number of Internet Explorer's settings, including making it the default browser.
Note: Combofix prevents autorun of ALL CDs, floppies and USB devices to assist with malware removal & increase security. If this is an issue or makes it difficult for you -- please tell us when you reply. Read HERE why we disable autoruns

Please do not install any new programs or update anything unless told to do so while we are fixing your problem.
