tr/crypt/xpack.gen is on my system i have denied it access to my system. i need the file as it is attached to my call of duty exe prog without which i cant platy the game. originally i think it allowed someone to gain access to my computer and shut down and stop me from accessing my antivirus at the time it was shaw secure which is fsecure, it also screwed with my windows defender nprogram i installed avira which found the virus. i believe that it has also stopped me from deleting certain types of files like exe's for instance as i was deleting an extra copy of processexplorer.exe i had and it asked for my admin password which i gave then it still wouldnt delete it asked me to try again but to no avail the same message kept popping up. also i have downloaded a bunch of remote filee access recorder's and the like that run from the command shell to check for remote computers accessing my machine and i cant get them to work because of access denial messages. how can i manually change my rites back so that i can delete exe's etc... and run the afformentioned programs without denial of access messages popping up or blocking my attempts, right clicking and running cmd and the programs with "run as administrator" doesn't work also my hijackthis cant save backups to hosts asks me to do it manually with right clicking this also wont work and erunt has the same problem aswell. will i have to resart everything from scratch and reinstall windows to fully stop the damage that has happened. a site called majorgeeks says the virus i have is a mailer that sends out emails to spam people when i clicked on one link to a program for help in the virus removal it linked me another virus instead is major geeks a front for downloading viruses. i know i just spat out a lot for u guys there. i am trying to learn how to be a malware tech and its hard to start my journey it seems without getting infused with viruses. it has me not knowing who to trust. except for u guys u haven't steered me wrong yet. please help. here's my hijack this log i just ran i hope it's not compromised
