regedit.exe cannot be found
Hi, new here would love your help

I picked up a virus of some sort which my AVG picked up as win 32/heur

On startup I have a black screen with explorer open but no toolbars, icons or system tray.
I can start task manager and find the following processes are open:

b.exe
msa.exe

and sometimes...

net.net
restorer32_a.exe
sprtcmd.exe
VRT4681.tmp
3314127.exe

Having googled these most seem to be virus related or similar. The AVG scan no longer works, Ad-aware 'failed to connect to service', IE and Chrome both crash.

I tried to follow instructions to use regedit.exe but it cannot be found apparently.

Any ideas?

Any help very much appreciated

I think you should click on the Report button and kindly ask to be moved to the Malware Removal forum.
