[Retrodesserts]

My pc is running incredibly slowly. I checked the CPU usage and its currently at 100%. Sometimes the usage fluctuates very rapidly from 30% to 100%, even if it's sitting idle. I ran several kinds of anti-malware and anti-virus software, which resolved the problem when this happened once before. However, this time none of the programs have found any infected files. I still feel like malware could be the cause of the problem. I downloaded and ran HJT as suggested by members of this forum. Here is the info from the log:
