Please help! I think I have malware!
Yesterday I suspected I had malware on my computer since something was slowing it down. So I installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Spydoctor and ran both. They both found and removed malware (unfortunately I didn't write down what they where called). After rebooting the computer after a prompt from Spydoctor, I got this little pop-up window. (see below) If I clicked on "Continue" the computer eventually freezes and I have to manually reboot. If I clicked on "Quit" nothing seems to happed, apart from the pop-up window appearing again when I reboot.

I've tries researching this problem online and have found two possible problems.

1. One software or other has replaced one Microsoft .NET Framework with another. I'm unsure if I supposed to have 1.0 or 2.0, or how to reset it.

2. Some forums talk about C:/WINDOWS/msiUpdate.exe being a sign that I have malware.

Please help me figure this out!

Pop-up window:

Microsoft .NET Framework

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
