What software do you recommend?? I don't mind buying a different program, I just don't know that much about them to pick!!

everything seems to be running ok, no new email has been sent out in the past 24 hours...so I'm assuming whatever it was...is gone!!

I would suggest keeping Malwarebytes and make sure you update it prior to running scans.

It's a good idea to Flush your System Restore after removing malware and create a new restore point.
Turn off system restore, restart the machine and then turn it back on: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405

Now you should Clean up your PC
