About the zip. Yes it work with 250 disks. I need your help once more. What I really need is to save or (move) a file in document, to my zip disk. I made a mistake and saved it in document rather than on my back-up external disk drive. After that I need to delete from my document file on my laptop.

I was helped several times by this team of great people in the past. This time I have another issue (a virus). I posted my first message on May 15th however I have not yet received a response. I noticed that people who came after me with similar issues have been helped. I tried re-posting so that it would go to the top of the list, however, no luck.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my post about the issue at hand? I would be happy to clarify though. Hoping to hear from someone soon!!

You have helped me several times in the past to solve issues with my computer. I am a radiologist and have discovered a virus on my work computer. I have scanned it several times with virus scanners and malewarebytes but it does not seem to pick up the virus/maleware. I was wondering if you could look at my hijackthis scan that I posted and help?
