Cheeseball1181, thanks for yoy reply, I have no disc for sonic it came loaded with the pc.I have rescue disc that I could try, but is there any way I can do that and not lose any data, such as photos that are on pc. thanks

Congrats that is sooo exciting I am so blessed to hear that. So you are one busy gal. I am doing good. I am physically still struggle but I am getting better. I have been plugged into missions and praying into a trip with my old church to minister in India. So am pondering thinking etc.

Here is what has happen. I saved a letter in my folder document because I was in a hurry and forgot to select my "F" drive. I need to move the file from my document file to the "F" zip drive and then delete the file from document. I don't want this letter to remain on my loptop. I want to transfer it to my external drive. The zip is working ok.
