    Hello... My most recent contracts have been either Application Support and/or Tech Support Including the Service Desk at Starbucks, Amazon MP3 Operations Team, and H&R Block Tech Support.

    In the last 2 years-ish.. .I've completed 34 computer training courses at vtc.com... I guess its my hobby... check it out, it's only 30 bucks a month. (massive library of video courses including most Microsoft and CompTia Certs).
