Dan, Let me know if I am being a pain in the *** and I will look for help elsewhere, OK. Your last email You should also run Add-Aware, see: http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-200...-10045910.html. c:\hp\tmp\src\CDA\setup\DocumentViewer\

windows installer cleanup utility did not work.

I uninstalled the HP viewer and now it's giving me more issues with another pop up.
Suggestion?
This all started with a download of a program via google and a wiget.
