Say! I updated my Messenger Live to the latest update and havent been pleased with it at all The instant message part. Thru correspondence with microsoft i've been unable to resolve this problem that i have . My daughter said that the people i converse with has the old der versions and so my latest version dont work properly with the older versions . So i uninstalled it and searched around till i found a website that still had the older Live Messenger i had before i updated it to the latest one. I thought my problem will be solved now, justt return like before , as i was downloading the older version i got highjacked by the latest version again, as i couldnt go on installing the old version without clicking on the latest version . So i'm stuck with the latest version . So my question is ,is it possible to get back my older version of live messenger , where everything worked just fine

Its been awhile ,but heres another question about a small annoyance, On my Xp i used to be able to click on my enternet icon on the desktop and it would open up my dial up prompt ,which i clicked to connect ,then it would automatically connect to yahoo my search page, Now it dosen't. A window comes on saying it cannot connect to this web site. But it does connect to the internet anyway ,But then i have to close that out and click on the enternet icon on my desktopant then i can connect to yahoo. I've done all i know how to do but it dosen't change nothing Any ideas what i'm doing wrong in my settings ?
