    I just finished the instructions in your last email and posted the logs you said to run in the forum. I know it's been a while (I was gone for Christmas) so I wanted to let you know I just posted a reply. I'll look for your next set of instructions whenever you have time.     hello kenny 94 as I get to looking into the the log of Hijack This the items that I need to delete I have noticed that (2) items I can not delete they are HKLM/ software/microsoft/internet/explore/search.search.assistant= and the next on is HMLK/software/microsoft/internetexplore/search.customizeSearch= it asks me to delet them and I do ask to Fix Checked and my screen goes blank on the page and I go back to it and they are still there. Any help in what I am doing wrong? Also you asked me to download Java 11 there is more than 1 that I can see... so which one is right???? thanks sage rod

    Hello Kenny 94 WOW!!!!! You really don't have hair. I like to keep mine as long as I can...Anyway I see you sent a antivirus window to run is that the one I need to run. OR do I go to Java 11 it has several to run I do not know which to run.. I'm not to fimaliar with them at all I'm surpised I have made it this far... Thanks for what You have done for me anyway.     I just wanted to let you know I finally was able to do all of the things you suggested in your last post, and I've posted a reply under the original message in the forum. I would really appreciate it if you could take a look when you have time and give me some advice on next steps. It helps so much to email with the same person each time. I was getting really overwhelmed with the duplicating/conflicting advice I received in a lot of the posts. But I feel like now you know the exact stage my computer is at, and can best advise me on what to do next. Thank you very much,
