I just wanted to let you know I finally was able to do all of the things you suggested in your last post, and I've posted a reply under the original message in the forum. I would really appreciate it if you could take a look when you have time and give me some advice on next steps. It helps so much to email with the same person each time. I was getting really overwhelmed with the duplicating/conflicting advice I received in a lot of the posts. But I feel like now you know the exact stage my computer is at, and can best advise me on what to do next. Thank you very much,
