NO Anti virus is being upate I am getting failed update message from my AVG antivirus protection. I'm not very computer savvy but what little I did to try to fix it, didn't work.
For some reason I thought uninstalling it would be a good idea, thinking I would just install it again. I have tried downloading them all..avast,Mcafee,comodo but all are showing the same message "Update failed" So now I don't even have that.

When I am trying to do an online scan with house call the window shuts own on its own. I think something is effecting my drivers also, the sound driver is not working.

    plz reply.

    Hey Kenny,
I finally got the new disk and put it in yesterday. Having lots of problems. Since everything was erased I cant go back over old stuff. Having trouble opening downloads from the web. Java will not open. Can not open downloads of Anti- V which is making me nervous being on line. Says file is corrupt or unsupported. It would be safer for me to do this over phone then on line but I will have to chance it. I can't remember what we used to check certain problems. i removed XP Pro completely and replaced with XP Home.Don't know where to start?

    Kenny94,
I changed me on line name from "Can't fix this to "Phoenix Rising" Because all of the help you and everyone else has given me. I feel that I've become more like the Phoenix rising from the ashes of confusion! Just so you will know me if you here from me again!
