    Hi Shelley,
    I sent you a "fix" that I found through google. Usually with issues like this, you just need to google for other people who have the same problem. Usually there will be about three or four suggestions, one of which will fix the problem.

    thanx for replying to my question, i am not sure what your reply was because this is my first message received. was it for me to run a computer fix it program? If so, I already tried that and I still cant open user accounts from my control panel.
