    Hello Wild, I am very sorry for the late reply but I have not been on the site for some time now and I guess I didnt have message notify turned on. Anyway, this is the card that I bought on ebay, DELL NVIDIA 64MB GeForce4 440 Go Video Card 5J149, it looks fairly similiar to the ones you displayed and it has worked flawlessly since as well.
    I hope you found a solution to your problem and again my apologies for not replying in a timely manner.
