I was searching for how to disable incoming pings (on google) and found your post on this site....haha it was so funny that the administrator got all over you about your response to that guy who posted an answer that had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with your question!!! I mean seriously you weren't even being rude, you were just confused by his response lol. The administrator should be frowning at that "senior member's" lack of reading comprehension instead. Just blew me away, and even though it was 3 years ago, I wanted to send you this message anyway! Bunch of retards, and no other posts following that, answered your question...Windows Simple File Sharing?? WTF?!!! Has absolutely nothing to do with the solution to disabling incoming pings. The solution would be a software firewall.
