Red, I am not sure as I have been a bit busy today. I will take a look tomorrow and get back to you. It is 7.10pm here in the UK and my wife doesn't like me working on the computer in the evenings.

OBP - thanks for the sample - Do you see a way to use the split() for the sample I posted??? I havent worked with VBA in acouple years and my head is spinning from trying to get back into it...
