I read your post about package fragmentation VS frame fragmentation: http://forums.techguy.org/networking...threshold.html.

I had the same doubt and others:
1. Who determines de threshold value? Is it configurable?
2. Supose a "normal communication"... and it becames bad because there is a temporary noise... is it possible some node to say "well... things are going bad, lets go to decrease threshold value to get best performance"?
