I want to do the same thing you did with the Media Direct button. I'm currently dual booting with vista and ubuntu, but i'm going to downgrade vista to XP. i've read through all the links you posted, they're a little over my head. is there an easier way to put linux on the media direct partition? i want 30 GB for my ubunutu. any help would be appreciated.
