Geoff, I have read you previous solution to Outlook starting slow but I couldn't get it to work for me. I have Outlook 2007 with XP, both with all the latest service packs. When I go to Outlook 12 folder and right click on the Outlook .exe I do not get an option to run as Administrator, it only asks what user name do I want. Haveing said that I believe I log in as the administrator everytime I log in but I don't know how to tell. So it went to the trust option in outlook and there are addins active but I don't see a box to uncheck. Can you help me with this?
