    I'm still running Ubuntu 8.04. It is the O/S on a netbook and has the entire disk. It works fine for what I do with it, banking and stocks is all. Up grade for linux is a pain in the seating area, there is no CD/DVD bay on the computer, which is a Dell Inspiron Mini. So I am tempted to leave it alone and continue operating this way but maybe I should ask and see what the disadvantages are. I don't use it for anything else so I'm not overly concerned about creepy crawly things. Anyway I'd be interested in hearing some opinions.
