You helped me back in October of 2006 burning camcord tape to DVD+R. Now I am having trouble again and was hoping to find you. I havent used this site since you resolved my problem then I got a Happy Birthday from the Tech Support Guy and days before I received it I was going to try and find you again as I saved all paperwork from 10/2006. Hope to hear from you Melanie
