Hiya
As you have linked to your original thread in the new thread, I'm under the impression it was the same computer. If so, creating a new thread but linking the previous thread isn't normally done, as what can happen is you receive replies in both from 2 different users, and then neither knows what is happening on the other thread, which looks to be related.
What I can do, is ask someone who knows about hardware, to have a look for you, on the original thread.
