"World's Best Cat Litter" is environmentally friendly and while it looks expensive it does last longer than traditional scoopables. After use it can be used to make muffins to take to a city council meeting or other gathering of politicians or lawyers.
What kind of cat litter do you use? I want something that doesn't smell like "cat", but prefer something environmentally friendly. She doesn't like Feline Pine, and won't use the box if it's in there.
Oh, her tail always looks like a question mark at the end. It's cute. I have some pictures of her to upload as soon as I get them edited so that you can actually see her eyes instead of white orbs.
The "queen" dislikes the fact that there are rules and regulations regarding her new palace and the furnishings within. We're gaining though, she's coming around to the hubs. Not being able to get on the bed/countertops/desk/dresser/etc. is just absolutely KILLING her though. I've graciously granted her permission to access the couch though.
Yes, I was thinking of looking for a "pet quality" kitten from a breeder, but I hoped to try our two local pet shelters first. I'll have to see about checking for a rescue group, since there are apparently several Birman breeders in KS. Sadly, we were leaning more toward the Chartreux (mainly because they have short hair), but the nearest breeder seems to be in Ohio, so I doubt I'd find a breed rescue in this area.
Many times you can find purebred cats at shlters or through a rescue group that specializes in a certain breed. Another option is to see if a breeder has a kittie available that is not "show quality" that they would sell at a greatly reduced price. I'm assuming you're looking for pursonnalty rather than conformation.
