    I had the same trouble. I also had a 'TrayApp.msi' installation problem. See:
    http://www.help2go.com/Tutorials/Win...ayApp.msi.html

    I inserted my HP printer CD. I rebooted the CPU, Everything worked.
    I removed the HP printer CD and rebooted, My trouble was gone. I hope this workes for you.
