    I have an HP 2.1ghz,447MB ram, windows xp, internet explorer 6 all updates, have pc tools registry mechanic, stopzilla and NOD 32. Have highspeed with siemens modem through telus. I have slowww file download/opening starts maybe at 80 and drops to l3KB.sec. I have intermittent video with flash video and its slow! help?
