    I have a sulotion for your problem
    Hit ctrl + alt + del
    new task
    tipe regedit
    go to HKRY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWSNT\CURRENTVERSION\
    IMAGE FILE EXECUTION.OPTIONS.

    There you'll finde a subkey named explorer.exe
    Delete the dir. it sould not be there.
    Restart your pc and your problem is solved.
