    Hi Rob ... I have the same problem as your daughter- in - law and also with a new HP with Vista. Can you please tell me if you got it fixed and how. I have not been able to fix my yet and it is urgent that I do soon, as I need it to do my work. Thank you! I am getting very stressed over this
