Are there any other people who use this computer that have their own account?

To log into Administrator account you have to boot into safe mode. Follow these steps:
-restart the computer
-while it is booting, repeatedly press the F8 key. This should eventually cause a screen to appear that lists several boot options.
-arrow up/down to select Safe Mode and press Enter.

Once it has booted up and shows the login screen, click the Administrator icon. If there is no password set for this account, it will just login. If it doesn't immediately login, but asks for a password, then the only way to access your computer without it is to reinstall Windows.
