    At the moment i'm playing
World of warcraft(Runs fine on full graphics),
Everquest 2 ( runs particulary bad on full graphics to my surprise. For example sometimes it even goes down to 5 FPS)
and last but not least Grand Theft Auto IV Which runs at an average of 26fps which is alright i guess.

What i'm looking for is around a 20fps upgrade.
Do you think i'll get it with this card and those games?

Well. Depending on the game, the difference is around 10-40 % more FPS with the GTX260. Radeon 4870 is another choice, performing very similarly to the GTX260, and may or may not be cheaper around there where you live.
