I saw your lengthy support correspondence regarding the braviax virus with mikeyblueuk and have a machine of my mother's that has the same issue I believe. I assume that resolution is not a static one that I may try? Saw the log posts and assume it varies from machine to machine, but did not want to start another thread if I did not have to. Please advise and thank you much.
