    Thanks, but nothing I do in tools>folder options>view seems to make any difference, whichever boxes I tick. I did a system restore back to last week and that fixed it, but then I downloaded an update of Ccleaner and the problem is back. These updates usually involve me agreeing to all the system changes that my firewall and antispyware throw up. If I go back to last week and download the Ccleaner update again, what kind of changes should I block?
