    Hey John,
I just read your message. I just took my laptop to a computer tech today. Have you ever heard of "sanding the hard drive?" I HAVEN'T!!!! and I dont even know too much about computers but I have already talked to a comp. tech that is a friend of mine (he is working out of town right now) but has been in business for sev. years...He said it is the lazy way of taking care of virus's/& spyware.... He said "Do Not Let this tech do that!!! Of course I didnt let the tech do anything...told him I would get back to him...when he told me to bring it home for the weekend/ back up everything I wanted to keep because he would be wiping Everything Out!!! I asked him if this meant he was going to Format/ReFormat? That is what I thought that meant? That is when he said about the sand the hard drive!!! Sorry this is so long... About my post you seen I have a lot more problems than that now...He said & I truly believe I have Virus/Spyware & who knows what else...So my husband said he is just taking it somewhere that we know to get it fixed...Thanks, nannybrook59
