Mourning the loss of our friend, WhitPhil.
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but they're the easiest to answer.

Just found your post on doom and unreal tourny... i remember at my hs i had at one point doom2, and doom 1, spent many hours shooting at stuff in those two games and it was quite fun . School security is a joke, blocks the command prompt but a script can execute fine...that is what they get for using a boxed novell solution without customizing it

Doing almost 80 in a 40-50 zone...how fun and praying a cop is not around...pretty much slowed to 40 whenever i saw a ford grill on a car lol. well i was doing like 60-70 reallly not 80, that is an exaggeration .

What is the Folding@Home thing? I am looking at the website, but I'm not sure of your connection or involvement.

    Hey John,
I just read your message. I just took my laptop to a computer tech today. Have you ever heard of "sanding the hard drive?" I HAVEN'T!!!! and I dont even know too much about computers but I have already talked to a comp. tech that is a friend of mine (he is working out of town right now) but has been in business for sev. years...He said it is the lazy way of taking care of virus's/& spyware.... He said "Do Not Let this tech do that!!! Of course I didnt let the tech do anything...told him I would get back to him...when he told me to bring it home for the weekend/ back up everything I wanted to keep because he would be wiping Everything Out!!! I asked him if this meant he was going to Format/ReFormat? That is what I thought that meant? That is when he said about the sand the hard drive!!! Sorry this is so long... About my post you seen I have a lot more problems than that now...He said & I truly believe I have Virus/Spyware & who knows what else...So my husband said he is just taking it somewhere that we know to get it fixed...Thanks, nannybrook59
