    Hi there,

    I am in desperate need of your help. Something has happened to windows on my computer. I don't have a start bar, no access to internet as none of the network connections are available, windows media player doesn't open. I have tried to restore in safe mode, but it says it is unable to restore and to restart, I believe a program I installed may have changed some reg, but I'm unsure. I have been unable to install it.

    I don't have the CD to reinstall as I am away from home at this time.

    thank you I might just tough it out with vista the real problems started when I installed ca internet security suite so maybe Ill go back to norton so thank you
