    Please help me. I have been having this USB not recognised error and it makes an awful noise. Everything works ok. I have tried everything. Even the power off. It solves it for a day or so but it always comes back. I dont know what to do now.

    It seems that Microsoft have a lot to answer to, its something deep within the actual registry I think altho Im no expert.
