Apparently the thing for the CD drive had never been started. That's now saving. I think I messed up the USB stick trying to find out my configuration for this site. I'm a braille transcriber and I prefer having one book to a disk anyway (old habit). Thanks for your help.

hey uh i figured it out. you have to go to reg edit in your run programs and deleter all the registry for battlefield 1942. just a heads up in case you run into the same problem

Thanks, farinooks. Webshots does not have this option but if I cannot resolve the problem another way, I will simply switch to a program that does allow background color changes. Thank you!

Dear Fairnooks,
Thanks for your advice. But my eclipse didn't get smaller. In fact, it grew into a huge black ball and is still growing. The ring of light around it seems to be getting brighter too. Why's that?? Anybody?? Thanks.
