Hello Mike. Just a quick note to say Thanks for the HELP I recieved from you on help me out with the Symantac Virus program the fellow did get a hold of me we got the issue resloved and so glad it worked...Thanks again and I do apperciate fellers like you and the web site of Tech Support.Thanks sage.

Hello Mike,
I read your replies to someone elses problems and you seem to be the only person at Norton with ANY inteligence. I have posted a thread in general security about NIS. I have to agree with Chris and Rick, Norton tech support could not be any worse! Please help if you can or know someone who can.

Hello Mike York,
I need help with a NAV uninstall problem that your tech support was not able to solve. I have posted to a thread on the Tech Support Guy Forums. Please pass this to someone who may be able to help. We are trying to like Norton, but are being treated badly.
