Hi Flavalee, I don't want to offend the techguy helping me but I'm in a bind tonight and don't expect to hear from him as he's 6 hrs ahead of me in the U.K. I'm in D.C. I saw you helped the "100% CPU Usage" guy with the toolbarupdaterservices.exe problem. I'd be very grateful if you'd look at my post. I rec'd ComboFix Warning!! that Norton is active and dangers of Combofix running - even tho I disabled Norton anti-virus to run ComboFix. Is my computer on its way to being screwed up by ComboFix? I know I need to reenable Norton, but I'm in limbo now and don't know what to do. Here is the link to my post.

You seem to be the one to see around here, razorwing has been a great help but recommended I check in with a trusted advisor as he had helped to his limit. If you have any spare time (I know it seems you get bombarded on here) could you take a look at the logs I posted in my topic? Or could you point me to another trusted advisor if you are swamped? I would really appreciate it.

Hi Flavallee, sorry to trouble you, I'm not sure sure how these things work and I don't want to offend or upset anyone but I would just like to know if I am supposed to just follow your instructions or whether I should do as Razorwing says as well. To be honest I would find it easier to follow just one person but as I said before I don't want to do the wrong thing.

Hi Flavallee,
Thank you so much. I went thru every procedure you advised and it appeared at 1st to do the trick but, just now I checked again and it shows I only 449mb free. That's down from 600+mb I had after going thru the steps you advised. I guess I'll continue the steps. Do you have more suggestions?
