Hi again. I started having a problem with my printer since the last 2 things you had me do? I was thinking maybe it was coincidence. But it really is freaking. could there of been anything we or I was to doing that could of messed it up? I 1st of all was not responding, said bad connection. I unplugged then did a scan to check connection. Now It keeps saying new hardware found and to put disk in. So I did that. I get a message saying already installed. As disk was loading it began asking for XP disk. Can you advise?
