    thanx so much for the response so quickly , but can we just skip to here , cause I'm really starting to panic...I should have been logged into my job quite a while ago , I honestly don't know how to do a restore.

    Thanks for your help. Discovered it was a firewall problem. I had 2 open and they would not allow the connection. How dumb can I get??? I had been trying to fix the problem for about a week!
