    Hi. I was going through the forums, trying to find a way to fix the sound on my computer, and I found a message you send some other person last October:

    Before you try reinstalling the drivers, do the following: click Start, right click on My Computer, choose Properties, click on the Hardware tab and click on the Device Manager button there. The Device Manager window should open and there probably are some entries in the list which have a question mark as their icon or an exclamation sign as part of their icon. See anything like that?


    Now, I know it says we're not supposed to ask for techincal support in a private message, but I did that whole Start:My Computer:Propertiesevice Manager, thing and I do have that yellow question mark, and I was just wondering what I should do now.

    Your time and help are be greatly appreciated. I really need my sound back.
