Huggy, I have been moved to Malware removal and when I try to insert the ScreenShot I get this message:
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Also, I have been bombbarded with adds from this search nag while on here. HELP barb702

Thanks Huggie54, I did try that but it does not offer safe mode , only a list of devices etc.
