Hi.. I have a database of companies with their addresses. How can the data be separated into street address, town, state and zip WHEN the data are all on column A, like this:
Stephen Inc
123 West Ave, Millady, NY 10000
Billy LLC
456 North Lane, Wellsby, NY 11577
Ron Co.
789 Broadway, New Lake, NY 10101

Concatenate Help
I need to merge contents of two cell. I have been using Concatenate. However, in this particular case, one column has dollar values and the other column has unit item... .such when the two columns are merged, it should look like this:
Price Per Unit
9.00 case -->9.00/case
9.80 case -->9.80/case
9.99 case -->9.99/case
however, the merge will drop the zero if there is no other number to the right of it.
my question is: how should the merge be done so that the zeros are kept after the merge. thanks.

I wonder what I did... I have been using Excel 2007. When I use formulas, Excel automatically calculates for me. Now, when I type, for example, "=2*25" then hit enter, nothing happens.
Any suggestion?
