    Well unfortunately they all cost money, but they are all pretty cheap in comparison to some other programs.
    Nero burning rom (www.nero.com)
    IMtoo dvd creator (http://www.imtoo.com/dvd-creator.html)
    Ashampoo burning studio (http://www.ashampoo.com/frontend/pro...&idstring=0510)

    By searching google videos, or youtube, you can find plenty of step by step videos on burning avi's to dvd for all programs

    You wouldn't happen to have a program you would recommend then for converting .avi files to something i can play on a DvD player would you?

    Also, a place were i could learn about what I would need to convert them too?
