Hello HDL ..... I actually switched from using Outlook to: Intellect by http://www.Chaossoftware.com They offer a nifty on-line version of their PIM called ChaosHost.com which allows you to up-load your info. and sync. with any other computer that you want to.

I saw your old post on synching two copies of Outlook 2007. The post was closed, and did not indicate if you resolved the issue, Can you share what you did?
