Thanks for the possible fix. If I uninstall Firefox and reinstall it will I lose all my bookmarks?

If you're having problems with Windiwsfsearch.com SIMPLY Uninstall firefox and then reinstall it. As far as I know, it will be if not deleted, suppressed.

As long as you have google tool bar, you should be covered for pop ups.

And um... if somebody knows the un-munky method to exterminate this thing, please - share. I have a feeling it will evolve.
